Jeff has nearly 50 years of experience in the pipeline industry working with most major contractors within the U.S. As an Operator of booms and winches for lowering-in and tie-in work, Jeff quickly moved up to Foreman and then Superintendent. Born and raised in West Virginia, Jeff’s experience includes steep and mountainous terrain in that region as well as throughout the western region. His travels for work in Africa and Trinidad exposed him to unique challenges in the industry that he successfully navigated.

Jeff has been involved in supervision of mainline, compressor, meter, and regulator stations, launchers and receivers, MLV replacements, slip mitigation and restoration, and pipeline conversions. Jeff's expansive scope of knowledge and innovation for safe and productive pipe installation in arduous steep terrain and variable conditions is an unparalleled and valued addition for our clients and our team at Hanging H Companies.
