Todd has over 25 years’ experience in the construction, land development, and financial management industries. He oversees all project cost control, project management process, project administration training, bid review process, contract management, project reporting, and monthly financial reporting.

Todd also has experience in the commercial construction industry as a cost controller and land development as Assistant Vice President of Finance, spearheading implementation of technology that improved project tracking and communications.
